Worklib is a solution that assists companies in their transition to a hybrid model. It empowers employees to organize their working week around the right space for the right activity. Employees access an application and can book a workspace both inside and outside the company, via a platform that counts over 5,000 workspaces in France and Europe.

I joined the project as a product designer at a very early stage. The team consisted of a product manager, a PM, a CTO and a team of external developers.

The application had already been created (by an agency) and a hundred or so spaces were available for reservation.

Figma was an obvious choice for collaborating, structuring the design, exchanging and transmitting mock-ups to the developers.

The structure of the application had already been created, and my mission was to make continuous improvements, adding new functionalities in order to develop the product so that it could evolve while keeping existing customers and users in mind.

Actions: Creation of wireframes, discussions with the business, creation of user journeys and flowcharts, workshops, user interviews, UI design, prototyping and graphic design.

I had to rethink the application, immerse myself in the courses, imagine solutions, prototype ideas quickly to present them and find mechanics to improve the existing.

The application is designed to satisfy users and guide them as best as possible in the actions they have to perform in the app. To achieve this, the chosen method was to carry out qualitative analyses with a small circle of users (15 tests carried out).

A feedback questionnaire was also created from within the app in order to receive feedback (over 200 comments received via this channel).

Users evaluate the product; their feedback is sometimes positive and often negative. Thanks to them, we can identify usability problems and seek ergonomic solutions to correct them. Some comments also make a valuable contribution to our discovery phases. Indeed, some of them are creative and eager to see the birth of new functionalities adapted to their use.

Once the new feature is defined, prototyped and ready, the next step is design. The aim of the design is to be as consistent as possible between the different screens. To achieve this, I created a design system to avoid creating too many user interface components.

The application has been in constant evolution for 1 year. A lot of positive feedback is arriving on our contact platforms. These include the app's much-appreciated "look & feel" and its fluid pathways.
